The questionnaire is to be added to the application form for a membership

1. Since when does your ski instructor association exist?

3. Does the association represent all the professional ski instructors of your country?
   - Do all the professional ski instructors of your country have the possibility to join your association?
    
4. Conditions for a membership in your association?
    
5. Regulations for the status of the ski instructors in your country?
   - national regulations by...
   - national recognition of the training of the association by...
   - no national regulation or recognition
    
6. Is there a national supervisory administration for ski instructors and/or ski schools?
   - If so, indicate the name and precise address
    
7. Are in your country other organisations that are working in the field of the ski instructors and if so, indicate these ones with the precise address?
    
8. Does your association work with these organisations or with some of them?
    
9. Is there a possibility in your country to practise professionally the profession of the ski instructor?
   - If so, indicate the skiing resorts.
    
10. How many ski instructors are represented by your association? Precise number of members in the respective training grades and disciplines?

The documents have to be joined as a copy of the original and a certified (legalised) translation (if possible in German - otherwise in English or French.

5. national recognition of the association
6. list of names of the members belonging to the association with the highest qualification for ski instructors and the right to the ISIA-badge
7. list of names of the association's organs with address and telephone-number
8. regulations for training and examinations
   (list of the subjects for teaching and examination with the respective time of training for the different grades and stages of training and the corresponding disciplines; precise indications of the respective titles or names in the original language)
9. diagrammatic survey of the way of training for the different disciplines
10. list of the skiing areas or the places where you can ski.
